At VIBAe, we want you to love your footwear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. We strive to make the process as comfortable and effortless as the shoes themselves.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your package is tracked and secure.
Pack Your Shoes
Place the unworn footwear back into its original VIBAe box and secure it inside a shipping mailer with the return label attached to the outside.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
